If you are not satisfied with a product that you have bought, please return it to us for your refund. We regret, however, that we cannot refund postage costs for non-faulty products.
Nirvana Natural makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged, please email us at info@nirvananatural.co.uk within 3 days of receipt and return the package within 7 days, for a replacement to be sent.
If your purchase from us is found to be faulty, damaged or unsatisfactory, please return it to us within 60 days per the instructions above for a full refund. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place your order and can take up to 14 days to process.

For any other delivery issues, please inform us within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

Delivery is FREE on all UK orders of £50 and over. For orders £8.00 and under postage & packaging is £1.99. Orders over this and up to £49.99, P&P is £2.99. Standard delivery times can vary especially in busy times such as Christmas. We also offer UK DPD 1-3 day courier service. For Saturday delivery, please get in touch by phone or email. We ship Worldwide as well, but please be aware that you may incur a customs fee in your destination country.
You may cancel your order by informing us of this by emailing info@nirvananatural.co.uk any time up to seven days from receiving delivery. Goods are to be returned to us at your expense in an unused, unopened, condition. We will refund your money within 14 days of receipt of the goods or within 30 days of your cancellation, whichever is the earlier.

Returned goods are to be accompanied by a note showing your name, the date of order and the order number, and should be forwarded to our Customer Service Team at the following address:
